These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and cvi66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Access to and use of the cvi66 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. cvi66 may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cvi66 strictly enforces this age restriction and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business entity when placing wagers.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and maintain that accuracy throughout your account lifetime.
• You must not be an employee, director, or contractor of cvi66 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account with cvi66. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them. The following obligations apply to all registered players.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cvi66 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• All activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity or not.
• cvi66 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of address before processing any withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate by cvi66.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your cvi66 account is for your personal use only and must not be used by or transferred to any other person.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

cvi66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods appropriate for Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Deposits are typically credited within two minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to fund the account. cvi66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used to deposit.
• All withdrawals are subject to a KYC verification check. cvi66 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all cvi66 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple claims of the same offer are prohibited.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• cvi66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagers already placed under those promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to wager on certain excluded games or markets. Excluded game categories will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, VPN manipulation, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group play — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed. cvi66 may terminate such accounts at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvi66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any transaction intended to conceal the source, destination, or ownership of funds.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, games, or payment systems to gain an undue advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to circumvent the fairness controls of the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or at any other time when information is requested by cvi66.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cvi66 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game titles, graphics, logos, user interface elements, promotional materials, and text content — is the exclusive intellectual property of cvi66 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cvi66.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvi66 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any financial losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether cvi66 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cvi66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. cvi66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination of Accounts

cvi66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policies.
• cvi66 is required to do so to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a competent regulatory or government authority.
• The player requests voluntary account closure. Players wishing to close their account should contact support at [email protected]. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method, provided no bonus or wagering conditions remain outstanding.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cvi66 operates. Any dispute arising between you and cvi66 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channel should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. cvi66 will endeavour to resolve all formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute remains unresolved after this period, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed upon in writing.

Amendments to These Terms

The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Where the amendments are material, cvi66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.
